RBC Bioscience sharp DNA markers provide superior resolution on agarose
gels with sharp and Clear banding patterns. Two concentrated reference bands are placed at 500/1000 bp
for easier determination of molecular weight and DNA quantities. The
100bp Sharp DNA Ladder is ideal for size and mass estimation of short
DNA or PCR products, whereas the 1kb Sharp DNA ladder can be used
for longer DNA products. RBC Bioscience sharp DNA markers are
supplied in a convenient ready-to-load format, pre-mixed with loading dye
at a concentration of 0.1 µg/µl (additional 6X loading
buffer is also provided).
