DreamFect™ Gold is a flexible and straightforward transfection reagent. It is adapted to all cell culture conditions. It is antibiotics and serum compatible and works over a broad range of cell confluence (between 20 to 90%).

DreamFect™ Gold is provided with a fully detailed protocol. Additional cell specific experimental procedure are also available upon request.

As a ready-to-use and simple reagent, this experiment is quickly handled in a 3-steps procedure:

1/ Prepare the DNA and the DreamFect™ Gold solutions,
2/ Mix DNA and DreamFect™ Gold solutions, and incubate at room temperature.
3/ Add the complexes onto your cells.

Upon receipt and for a long-term use, store all vials at -20°C.
